INCREASING THE AMOUNT OF SEMEN
EJACULATED
The single biggest factor in
quantity is the period of time since last ejaculation. If you ejaculate several times in
rapid succession, you might only produce a few drops by the last one, but if you wait a
few days, that amount will go up to more like two tablespoons.
Some people mistakenly
believe that drinking lots of fluids or eating certain foods will increase the volume, but
semen is not like urine: It is not coming from the digestive or urinary system. The bulk
of semen is comprised of secretion from the prostate gland.
About the only other thing
that has any influence on the volume of your semen is how much stimulation you get before
having an orgasm. If you prolong it (and include things like prostate massage), you might
see an increase in volume. But genetics also seem to play a large role. So you will
probably never get up to porn star levels -- but their "money shots" are often
done using fake semen (condensed milk being a favorite) anyway.

WHAT
IS SEMEN
MADE OF?
Semen contains aboutonia, ascorbic acid,
blood-group antigens, calcium, chlorine, cholesterol, choline, citric acid, creatine,
deoxyribonucleic acid, fructose, glutathione, hyaluronidase, inositol, lactic acid,
magnesium, nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, purine, pyrimidine, pyruvic acid, sodium,
sorbitol, spermidine, spermine, urea, uric acid, vitamin B12, and zinc -- but all in very
modest quantities. Some of this is designed to nourish the semen in route, while other
ingredients are designed to neutralize the acidic environment of the vagina (which would
normally be inhospitable to sperm).
In case you are wondering, most of these
ingredients are indeed very healthy, and an average ejaculation contains only about 15
calories.
